Lelli's Inn, located near the Silverdom, has a large menu that includes premium steaks, Italian cuisine, Mediterranean cuisine and American cuisine. The restaurant has won many awards for their cooking. This is an upscale restaurant with service typical of a top fine dining establishment. Also they are noted for desserts including homemade ice cream.
Located in a free-standing building west of Pontiac, Lelli's made its reputation in its Detroit location, open since 1939, serving the best minestrone in town, a creamy variety made from a recipe that has never been divulged. The time-tested menu still offers antipasto to spumoni, although some patrons prefer to order just the trimmings without the main course. The premier dish continues to be the filet mignon, but the menu also offers sliced tenderloin, broiled red snapper and an array of pasta dishes.
