Fortunately, the owners of Dolcezza realized that Washingtonians crave top-quality ice cream, so now there's another store in Bethesda's dining and shopping arcade. Their motto is simple: made fresh daily from locally sourced ingredients. Surprisingly, the gelato, as smooth-tasting and as rich as a quart of heavy cream, apparently has fewer calories and fat grams than regular ice cream, or so the sign says. Even if that were not the case, who would mind indulging in the dulce de leche? There are other flavors, of course, but why miss out on this caramel-y mix?
