Sit at the sushi bar or at the yakitori bar and view the Japanese chefs' skillful wizardry with knives. Or, if you're not feeling adventurous, choose a booth. Whatever your preference, this is a pleasant place, and the sushi is outstanding. We like the sushi and sashimi boat, where you can mix and match the rolls, sushi and sashimi---a better value than if ordering individually. Like in many authentic Asian restaurants, garnishes become works of art, as swans emerge from daikon radish, and a simple carrot is magically transformed into a tiny hummingbird.
