Founded by the late basketball great Wilt The Stilt Chamberlain, this casual fusion eatery may be the only restaurant in the world to feature a real basketball court and hoop. Far from just the simple burgers and pizza served at most sports bars, its menu teams---and we cheer---include Thai sticks appetizer of chicken, shrimp (or both) marinated in coconut milk, curry, garlic and ginger; grilled yellowfin tuna salad served over field greens, other fresh vegetables and diced mango in a smoky chipotle dressing; Sante Fe chicken breast grilled presented Southwestern-style with black beans, saffron-seasoned rice and a salsa. Bring plenty of change so the kids can play the dozens of arcade games while you enjoy one of the 34 beers on draught.
