Longtime Beverly Hills restaurant Da Vinci has experienced a redo, which includes a new interior and a renovation of its bar and lounge, as well as the addition of executive chef Jason Fullilove. Da Vinci is best known as Dean Martin's favorite joint, and, sure enough, the Dean Martin Booth is adjacent to the small bar. The seasonal Mediterranean dishes may range from a farmers market vegetable risotto and seafood pappardelle to a Kobe hanger steak and pan-roasted salmon with bitter greens, new potatoes and crab hash. Don't miss the signature crêpes Suzette, flambéed tableside and served with ice cream and fresh fruits. The medium-size wine list offers a few big names from Italy and France.
