Panzanella Ristorante Description:
Panzanella is a project of prolific chef-restaurateurs Tanino, Giacomino and Calogero Drago who operate Tanino, Il Pastaio, Piccolo Paradiso and Celestino (their older and more famous brother, Celestino, runs Drago and Enoteca Drago). This space, formerly home of fellow Sicilian Piero Selvaggio's Posto, possesses a bustling dining room clad in earth-tone walls with floral accents, copious mirrors and candlelit tables dressed in white linen. Panzanella strikes a nice balance between a formal dining venue and casual trattoria. We've enjoyed the Parmesan risotto with meatballs and a very satisfying blackberry tart. The predominantly Italian wine list is generally reasonably priced.
