But don't fret, the meal is served well into the afternoon (3 p.m.) and it's worth the wait. Pancakes---you guessed it---are the stars here. The lofty reputation is well deserved. The extensive menu features thin Danish pancakes, old-fashioned buttermilk pancakes, waffles and sausages, eggs and omelets. Lunch is served, too (mainly burgers, sandwiches and salads). But it's the memorable breakfasts that fuel that line!
