Breadmen's Restaurant Description:
Located on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Homestyle American cooking as well as pasta and vegetarian dishes.
Voracious UNC students head to this diner for its breakfasts served any time of the day or night. Known for large portions, Breadmen's also offers familiar home-style dishes such as country ham, meatloaf and grilled chicken at reasonable prices. All are served with a choice of two vegetables, and cornbread or biscuit. In between meals, gear up for exams with a hot pastrami on rye, a club sandwich, or a cheeseburger with onion rings. Service is sketchy at best, and true food enthusiasts will be happier elsewhere. Dinner service stops at 9 p.m. weekdays, and 10 p.m. Fridays.
