We are pleased to find pork carnitas at this College Park eatery, barely-seasoned, roasted pork cubes alongside the classic chicken mole, a lovely main course that entails wrapping pieces of chicken in a chocolate-and-chili-based sauce that has levels of flavors. The kitchen also invents some dishes, such as the Mexican shrimp Caesar salad, and it offers up camarones Adelitas, or sauteed shrimp served with mushrooms and cheese over rice. You may also choose from a few North American specials and lots of zesty margaritas.
