A hangout for local college kids, this taco spot boasts a television, a couple of tables and a salsa bar---and the kitchen, of course, wide open to view. Doesn’t sound like much, but, because the freshest ingredients are used, the food sings. Beans, guacamole and salsas are made from scratch daily. The short menu includes such sure-fire favorites as a bean and cheese burrito, chimichangas, taquitos, taco salads and enchiladas.
