Santoro's Brick Oven Pizzeria Description:
A destination for Park Meadows shoppers and south Denver suburban families, this friendly restaurant consistently delivers delicious pizzas from its huge brick ovens. Choose from red or white sauce and dozens of toppings to crown the thin, crispy crusts. We love the white-pesto chicken, accented with olive oil, garlic, herbs and spices and plenty of cheese. When we aren't in the mood for pizza, we order the antipasto salad. Subs are satisfying, too. Try a cup of creamy gelato to finish. One tip: Fridays and Saturdays are busy nights and even if you do score a table, it may be a bit louder than you'd like.
