The property offers two bedroom units with large balconies, complimentary high speed internet access, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable television, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee and tea maker and microwave. Other amenities on site include an outdoor gulf front pool which is heated seasonally between January and March, hot tub, beach boardwalk, BBQ grills and picnic area, outdoor showers, exercise room and parking limited to 2 cars per unit, no boats, trailers, RVs or jet skis are allowed. Check in is 3pm, check out is 10am. Check in at 8478 Gulf Boulevard. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period.
