Destin West Beach and Bay Resort has quickly become the most sought after destination along the Emerald Coast in Florida. Destin West Beach and Bay Resort offers all the comforts of home in a lush tropical setting with beautifully furnished condominiums. Enjoy resort living at its best at this magnificent resort, which is situated on miles of sugar white beaches with emerald green waters and sunrises and sunsets that take your breath away. Discover all the unique amenities and recreational features this resort has to offer such as a 700 ft. Lazy River lagoon pool, state of the art fitness center, luxury whirlpools and four swimming pools. The resort also has an elevated walkway connecting our bayside units directly to the units located on the Gulf of Mexico. Additional amenities are within a short walking distance and include the Emerald Coast Conference Center, fishing pier, the Gulfarium live marine park and some of the finest restaurants in the area. You will also find shopping, golf, dolphin cruises, water sports, deep sea fishing and entertainment parks within a short drive from the resort. In some instances an additional security deposit may be required. Your account will be charged to remedy damage claims such as Damage is done to the unit or its contents. No Smoking in any unit. No charges are incurred due to collection of rent. All debris and garbage is removed from the unit and placed in the proper receptacles. All dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Pets are not permitted in ANY rental units. No exceptions will be made. Violation of the policies and rules by a guest will result in eviction and the forfeiture of advance payments of rent and deposit. The maximum number of guests per unit is based on the ability of the individual to comfortably and safely accommodate our guests. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments. Min. age required at check in is 25.
