The kitchen is well aware that we all think of German food as robust and calorie-laden, so chefs include fresh mixed greens and roasted salmon in the line-up. Long tables encourage a party atmosphere, but so does the Beck's beer that's served in 33-ounce steins. Traditional Bavarian musicians clad in lederhosen and dirndls entertain every hour, and some uninhibited tourists even join in the yodeling. It's all good, clean family fun.
