Mama Melrose's Description:
Mama's is hidden on a side street at Disney's Hollywood Studios, but it's worth seeking out if you want simple Italian fare while you're in the theme park. Share some crispy calamari or classic bruschetta, and chow down on an eggplant napoleon or the spicy spaghetti fra diavolo. A little gelato is a nice ending, but if you must splurge, go for the warm chocolate truffle cake.
