Surfside's favorite neighborhood restaurant has grown up: An expanded space has let some much-needed air into this hitherto noisy and cramped, but always festive, trattoria. Dive into deep bowls of mouthwatering homemade pasta---the perfection of rigatoni with spicy eggplant, the sophistication of homemade pappardelle with exotic mushrooms and truffle oil and the addictiveness of tantalizing spaghetti Bolognese. Or savor the flavor of such veal triumphs as osso buco.
