This French and eclectic restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Both seating options allow dinners to enjoy views of the water.
In a renovated, colonial mansion at the end of a pebble driveway, Pierre's overlooks a prized view of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside, teak floors and ceilings and vintage teak furnishings are accented by white linen, painted antique Guatemalan doors and British colonial artifacts. The downstairs lounge and bar was designed for cigar and single-malt aficionados, or for anyone with deep pockets looking to impress. From the kitchen, bold flavors and contemporary Florida fare predominate, with an emphasis on experimental fusion fare and the confidence of highly-trained chefs. Dine fresh and light with a sashimi salad, or a sea scallop with yuzu-miso sauce. Or, throw yourself into the luxury of the duck confit napoleon, tempura lobster tail with hearts of palm hash, or braised veal short ribs with sweet and sour pan jus. Pierre's shines brightest for its smoldering beauty, dapper clientele and coddling service.
