Parking:

Designated individual parking in the parking in the parking garage and Lot C for $5.
Handicap Parking in South Surface Lot A.
Free Overflow parking at Stonebriar Centre Mall.

General Rules:

NO laser pointers, lawn chairs, coolers, large bags, backpacks, food, cans, bottles, plastic and boxed liquids or containers of any kind, signs and banners.

By new city ordinance, Smoking is NOT allowed inside the gates of Dr Pepper Ballpark. Patrons will be allowed re-entry with ticket stub.


Cameras and hand held video are allowed.
Umbrellas are allowed.

Miscellaneous:

* ATM is located in the Home Plate Building.
* AUTOGRAPHS will be available inside the main gates behind the Home Plate Building prior to the start of each game and
also in the RoughRiders team store after the game.
* ENTRANCE GATES are located behind home Plate and in Center Field.
* GATES OPEN 1 hour prior to game time and close 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
* GUEST SERVICES is located on the Concourse level near the Home Plate Building.
* GROUP SALES group of 20 or more please call 972-731-9200
* RADIO BROADCAST home and away games are broadcast on The Ticket KTBK 1700 AM.
* RAIN OUT in an event of a rain out where 5 innings have NOT been completed (4 1/2 if the home team is leading) there are 2 options: 1.) If the game is rescheduled as a stand alone game or part of a doubleheader, then the ticket is good for the date of the rescheduled game or the rescheduled game of the doubleheader. 2.) If the game is NOT made up the ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.



Driving direction to Dr Pepper Ballpark:
Take Dallas North Tollway North , past Hwy 121 to Gaylord Parkway. Go East on Gaylord Parkway and follow the signs to the ballpark.
