Is it Pakistani? Indian? Persian or American? Take your pick, because this unique Gaithersburg restaurant offers a little of each, but probably prides itself on identifying with Pakistani cooking. Starters include meat samosas, Persian hummus, mast 'o' khiyar and mast 'o' mousir. The Persian kubideh kabob is simply seasoned and grilled skewered ground beef wrapped in bread. There's also curried chicken (fine enough), curried goat (too many bone shards) and the lentils with extra bread---these dishes bring home the Pakistani character of the food. The breads are the weakest aspect of the menu.
