Trendy blonde woods and contemporary furnishings highlight the architecture and a huge curved bar. Must-have appetizers are the soothing lettuce wraps, preferably the spicy chicken version. For dinner, rely on the "Chang's Recommends" side of the menu. It features such favorites as crispy honey shrimp, quick-fried, with a delicate balance of sweet and savory flavors; Malaysian chicken with coconut milk and peanuts; VIP Cantonese duck with plum red sauce; and Szechwan scallops and shrimp in a chili-garlic sauce.
