Those who prefer to have their food cooked or eaten with silverware will enjoy tempura (done the right way, light and crispy), teriyaki and tataki specialties. The bar is a good choice for light dining, or to focus on the wide selection of limited-edition, boutique sakés from small-scale producers. Plus, the barstools offer the best view of the spacious, modern-designed room complete with glass waterfall and undulating, steel walls.
