For a knock-out feast set on the main floor of the gargantuan Gaylord National Resort Hotel, head to Moon Bay Coastal Cuisine. The seafood theme hinted at in the name reveals itself in the crispy striped bass with cheddar grits and pan-seared diver scallops with Southern cream corn, plus an assortment of Asian---actually, Japanese---inspired dishes such as contemporary sushi and sashimi offerings, and raw oysters and chilled lobsters. For the non-fish eaters, the kitchen whips up a pasta and a few meat entrées. But since you're likely seated facing the water---the hotel sits right at river's edge---and the mood is definitely aquatic, take the seafood seriously.
