Bruegger's Bagel Bakery Description:
You can tell that Bruegger's bagels are made the old-fashioned way, kettle boiled and stone-hearth baked. Stop by for breakfast and order the "Western," which comes with egg, bacon, roasted red peppers, red onions and chipotle sauce. Unfortunately, the coffee isn't as good as we want it to be, but many locations remedy this shortcoming by sharing a wall with local coffee spot Caribou Coffee. For lunch, have one of the respectable soups. Salads like the sesame chicken or Mandarin medley are other options. Bagels come in standard issue plain, salt, poppy seed and garlic varieties for purists and more experimental flavors such as sun-dried tomato for those who can't leave well enough alone.
