Origami West Description:
Sushi in the suburbs can't be beat at this sib of Origami (located in downtown Minneapolis). Serving up the same sushi and Japanese standards, suburbanites and Ridgedale Mall shoppers can find nigiri, special rolls like Dynamite Maki (chopped yellowtail with garlic chili paste) and hotate katagai (scallops grilled on the shell and finished with saké, soy sauce, butter and shiitakes). Sakés, beer, wine and martinis complement the cuisine.
