The after-work home of Wall Street steam blowers, frat reunions, and bachelor parties, it's easy to get put off by the boisterous atmosphere of this meaty joint. Don't be. For starters, the restaurant lacks the prohibitive price tag of other steakhouses in the city. Secondly, the menu features a raw bar as well as the usual, but good staples: huge, char-grilled cuts of beef, clams casino, steak tartare, creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. Steamed Maine lobster or yellowfin with a soy glaze will satisfy seafood lovers.
