Grand Tier Restaurant Description:
The Grand Tier Restaurant, part of the Patina Restaurant Group, offers pre-curtain and intermission dining for Lincoln Center ticket holders. The dining room is expansive, with high ceilings and sparkling light fixtures. Chef Umberto Montano, of Alle Murate in Florence, designed the menu of northern Italian cuisine, which includes dishes like roasted salmon with basil and marinated beets; free range chicken stuffed with figs and prosciutto; and beef filet in Brunello wine sauce with a Parmesan soufflé.
