Pizzeria Uno Description:
Don't be fooled by the "Chicago" in the name: this is the classic deep-dish pizza chain that you know (and perhaps love) from the rest of the country. It will taste just as you remember though the menu now includes shrimp and crab fondue, Rhode Island-style calamari, an Asian chicken salad (something called "Rattlesnake Pasta," which is sautéed chicken and spicy Alfredo tossed with penne and topped with cheddar and slices of jalapeño), and a plethora of flatbread-style pizzas.
