Wildside Barbecue & Grill Description:
Wildside is on the busy corner of Summerlin and East Washington, with an open front porch that creates a breezy expansion of the dining room. They keep a smoker fired-up most of the time which renders tender chicken, beef and pork. If you can't decide, just go for the sampler platter with a helping of each. The sandwiches are worthy of top billing, too, especially the pork with big hunks of seasoned meat. The dining room is casual, with TVs and music, but we prefer the porch where you can escape most of the noise. Live music on the weekends draws a crowd.
