Capistrano's Description:
The restaurant staff will treat you well while you dine at Capistrano's. At lunch and brunch the space is bright, open and airy. Lots of plants and an indoor fountain create a lush, tropical ambience that's romantic at dinner. Sunday brunch is served buffet-style with stations for pastries, salads, seafood, waffles, omelets, roast beef and more. The menu stays the same throughout lunch and dinner. It offers quite a few salads, sandwiches, pastas and pizza choices. A tuna melt gets the Dijon treatment, while a classic pressed Cuban sandwich is labeled a "panini" for those who don't get to the Bermuda Triangle very often. A Parmesan-crusted chicken breast comes sliced and laid over linguine. Grilled filet mignon comes with au gratin potatoes and a red wine reduction.
