This sleek, two-story restaurant, decorated with mirrors and lush tropical plants, specializes in Pan-Asian cuisine, but the second-story bar, touting exotic, umbrella-capped drinks, captures almost as much attention as the food. The menu is organized by cooking method and features soups and noodles as well as foods that are grilled, sizzled, steamed, wokked and fried. And the selection, which zigzags all over Asia, ranges from a spicy, crackling calamari salad (a signature dish) and Maui volcano beef to pad thai, sambal chicken and Beijing duck.
