Cuban specialties star ropa vieja with staple black beans and rice, sharing the menu with a superb version of Spain's paella. Fried sweet platanos maduros are outstanding. Tres leches for dessert---a heavenly concoction of golden cake, custard (the three milks are in the custard), and a glossy meringue. Cuban music enlivens the atmosphere, with a classical guitarist on Friday and Saturday nights.
