Cafe Mirage Description:
This one-time gas station aims to please, offering French, Cajun, Caribbean, Asian and American flavors in an exciting menu that offers everything from braised buffalo short ribs to andouille. Among appetizers, entrées and a "between breads" section, the latter provides some of the most exciting dishes. We recommend the buffalo burger, adorned with habanero barbecue sauce, onion confit and white cheddar. Add to the mix a small raw bar, over 25 beers available nightly, and dinner service until midnight Monday through Saturday, and you just might have found your go-to restaurant.
