Expect to find the freshest seafood incorporated into fanciful sushi rolls, Peruvian ceviche and Vietnamese spring rolls. But perhaps the most appealing are the simplest dishes: the poached and chilled lobsters, the fried oysters, and the poached Icelandic Arctic char. Best bet? The Fisherman's Wharf cioppino is a heady concoction chunky with seafood bathed in a rich broth. Dessert selections are limited, but you should not miss a portion of the chocolate mousse praline crunch. The restaurant's futuristic design stars a "floating" staircase leading to second-floor seating, and a chilled-seafood station that takes center stage on the ground floor.
