Formerly O'Brien's Pit Barbecue, this spot slid into its place keeping much the same menu and old-time barbecue favorites with a definite Texas spin on the flavors. The food is served via a steam-table line and in generous portions. Always best bets: ribs and plenty of them, but noteworthy are the pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw and potato salad. Crave something sweet? Save room for the Key lime pie or the banana pudding: the tasty desserts are made on the premises.
