A feast for the senses awaits at this colorful market-deli-restaurant on St. Paul's West Side. Mariachi music fills the air along with the scent of cumin while rainbow-hued sweets beckon from the bakery case. This is the best place for authentic (and cheap) Mexican meal deals in the Twin Cities. Line up at the cafeteria counter or opt for the seating area if you prefer tableside service. We're partial to the spicy, cheesy enchiladas suizas, and the pork tamales. But if we're really hungry and tired of winter---we go for the burritos stuffed with pollo à la diabla. Nothing like sweating over a Mexican beer and burrito while watching the snow fall on the sidewalk outside.
