Part of the expanding family-owned restaurant group that first opened in Arlington, Virginia, this particular outlet is a fast food lover's dream, and could persuade the hamburger types that quick eats on the run can be both healthful and delicious. How about a lamb dish covered with thick yogurt and chickpeas and a side of falafel with fresh pita bread, served up in about six minutes? If you have been won over by this Middle Eastern cuisine replete with chickpeas, breads, tart salads, yogurt and lamb dishes, you will find plenty to satisfy here.
