Ted's Butcherblock Description:
If you're downtown and want to eat lunch at Waterfront Park, stop by Ted's and pick up a sandwich or grilled panino. New Jersey native Ted Dombrowski parks a Big Green Egg outside his shop for smoking salmon, ribs and pulled pork. For a side, don't miss the three-year-aged-Gouda mac 'n' cheese. There's a real chef---Michael Ruggiero---working in the back room, making lots of fresh things from mozzarella to all the sauces. Andouille's pretty good, too. The bacon-of-the-month sandwich made with artisanal meat---which at Ted's includes roasted Wagyu beef---is always terrific.
