Chez Bryce Description:
At his eponymous restaurant, chef Bryce Whittlesey prepares French fare such as foie gras torchon with red wine poached cherries. One may also find a trio of pizzas (maybe La Bourgogne---escargots, Morbier cheese, thyme, roasted garlic, aromatics and herb butter), short rib risotto, pan-seared diver scallops and garlic rubbed rotisserie pork. Desserts are also house-made and always worth asking about.
