Don't let the cleavage fool you: This restaurant's young, leggy, female servers might sport necklines in free fall and napkins masquerading as dresses, but 19 Kitchen Bar on the 19th floor of Harveys Lake Tahoe Casino & Resort actually delivers solid, often whimsical fare. Lettuce wraps arrive with tiny portions of pot sticker sauce, Chinese mustard and chili oil, so diners can concoct dipping sauces. The scallop, asparagus and spinach risotto is a creamy, dreamy first course, and lobster corn chowder is rich goodness. The Surf & Turf 19 is pricey (at $70), but is a decadent combination of petite filet, short ribs, seared scallops and lobster. Diners can indulge their inner child with complimentary cotton candy after dinner, or peanut butter squares matched with a white chocolate baton and a beaker of milk. Also providing eye appeal: the chocolate color scheme, fixtures that mimic giant tortoise shells and panoramic, 19th floor lakefront views.
