Banjara Indian Cuisine Description:
With a solid reputation leading customers to its doors, Banjara in Ashburn becomes a convenient stopping place for fans of Indian cooking. The kitchen mixes it up with a smattering of both South and North Indian dishes. We recommend the good chicken biryani, the velvety dal and the two tandoori breads. Even the battered and deep-fried chilies are delicious, though maybe with more of the tamarind chutney as an accompaniment. Service needs some polishing (part of our meal never made it to the table).
