Housed in a very old building (known as "The Chimney's" circa 1769), it looks historic on the outside but has a very contemporary feel/decor inside. They market themselves as "An American Tapas Bar". It has an extensive tapas menu as well as dinner selections with some Spanish style items, and vegetarian/vegan options. The entire menu changes every three months. The chef/owner is of Puerto Rican/Spanish heritage but born and raised in New York City. It is a large place, with patio and gardens, party rooms, art gallery, wine shop, chef's table, and a bar scene.
