Tachibana Description:
Moving from Arlington to McLean several years ago has not altered Tachibana’s course: The restaurant continues to serve top Japanese fare. It features two sushi bars, which attest to the chefs’ skills and the restaurant’s food quality. The first choice will always be sushi (sold singly or by assortment). Other choices: the big noodle bowls, such as nabeyaki udon or tempura udon, the shabu shabu and the nabemonos. The décor (including a silk kimono mounted on the wall) is cheery.
