Executive chef John B. Shields and his wife, executive pastry chef Karen Urie Shields, prepare seasonal American cuisine at this 30-seat Chilhowie restaurant. Dishes may include day boat scallop roasted with butter, thyme and lime; rib-eye of beef, dried fruit and black garlic marmalade, and wild rice "polenta"; and Parsnip Candy, aerated coconut, yeast sponge, banana, maca crumbs and lemon grass. Sommelier Charlie Berg oversees the wine list.
