Chloe's Design Bistro Description:
This is primarily a coffee shop, but also has soup and sandwiches. Coffee and tea items include lattes, cappuccino, frappe, chai, plus regular coffee, tea, water, and sodas. Foods include a few kinds of cold sandwiches, wraps, breakfast burritos, bagels, soups (served with focaccia) and cookies and cakes.

This bistro is run by the same people who run Stella Vita next door, but there's almost no overlap in the menu or decor. The bistro has a rough-and-ready decor, although with a tile floor and an interesting gilt ceiling, and some old-timey furniture and photographs.
