If you’re a fan of Indian cooking and don’t want to spend big bucks for good curries, you should head here. Such words as bargain, terrific, and variety don’t begin to capture the essence of this special experience. The all-you-can-eat buffet dazzles the imagination: three curries; five side dishes, including rice, dal and vegetables; two desserts; and assorted chutneys. But the Indian food connoisseur will turn to the menu, which promises a variety not often found in local eateries. We recommend the Bengali fish curry, redolent with mustard seeds, and the goan lamb vindaloo, with its hot-dusky flavor, breathes its own kind of fire. Breads are oven-fresh and plump---the onion kulcha is a knockout. Your only regret may be that Tiffin is not right next door to your house.
