Tomato Palace Description:
The Tomato Palace is a family-style Italian restaurant adjacent to Clyde's on Lake Kittamaqundi. Their menu features 15 varieties of pizza, 15 pasta dishes, salads, subs and daily specials.
In warmer weather, The Tomato Palace opens their Arbor for outdoor dining by the lake.
The executive chef is Mark Bolan.
Settle into a spacious booth or belly up to the counter where you can watch the kitchen turn out fresh-looking plates of Italian fare. The brick oven crisps individual pizzas with your choice of toppings, while the pasta cook sets out heaping bowls of creatively topped noodles. We especially like the spaghetti alla checca, a simple congregation of fresh tomatoes with basil, garlic and olive oil, and the Tuscan white bean fusilli with broccoli and roasted peppers. Calzones and panini are also available, along with such tempting entrées as peppercorn-crusted pork tenderloin medallions and pan-seared sea scallops with creamy polenta.
