CC's Gourmet Coffee House Description:
Sit at one of the outdoor tables at this CC's location, and you're apt to see a non-stop flurry of cars, pedestrians and shoppers. The street is lined with distinctive shops and restaurants. The half dozen or so places sporting the CC's sign brew a fine cup of coffee, even if they don't break the chain coffee shop mold. This spacious Uptown CC's is popular with neighbors, college students and mothers with kids. As at the other CC's locations, you'll find a good selection of coffees and a gaggle of satisfying pastries and rolls. Bagels are better than you'd expect in these parts, and the brownies are class-A. Long before it got into the café game, CC's was roasting and selling coffee. A quick visit to any area grocery store will confirm that it's still the locals' choice for a jolt of java.
