Tex-Mex and Cal-Mex food are dished up at Juan's with a touch of slang and served with a side order of attitude, and that seems to suit the wildly diverse clientele just fine. Tattooed rock 'n' rollers and moms with a gaggle of kids seem equally pleased with a menu that includes two-meal burritos made with jerk chicken, pulled pork or grilled vegetables, fish tacos made with crunchy blue corn tortillas and mahi mahi and platters of nachos piled with toppings. The quality-to-quantity ratio isn't always in balance, but low bill totals always make you feel like you're getting something free.
